Delhi World Public School Barasat is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and encourages its students to use the bus service on offer. Inside the school buses the students are always accompanied by an attendant in the bus. The school buses and the transport staff follow all rules and guidelines for ensuring safety for the children, which is of paramount importance to us.
The students embark and disembark under the vigilance of transport manager and attendants. All buses are equipped with first-aid kits and the drivers and attendants are trained to use them in case of an emergency. Buses arrive at the designated bus stops in time given to the parents already. They are requested to be present at the bus stop ten minutes before time. Buses normally depart ten minutes after the school gets over. Parents are requested to be present at the scheduled bus stops to pick up the children at least ten minutes before the bus arrival time.
